| Each candidate that we nominate will have completed a detailed application form, references are checked and we will interview them at length. Our agents in their home countries check our au pairs before the file is sent to us. We will do the necessary advertising and interviewing which will save you the time of interviewing many applicants who are not suitable. We will then draw up a short list and arrange for you to interview each applicant at your convenience. You will have the advantage of a replacement staff member should your initial choice not be suitable (subject to our Terms & Conditions.) Before you interview any prospective candidates we will provide you with a brief CV. Please read our notes about au pairs. We naturally respect the confidentiality of both our clients and our applicants, and to this end we will not divulge names, addresses or telephone numbers without prior consent. If you wish us to go ahead, please complete the registrations form and return it to us. We will start working to find a suitable candidate for your position immediately.
